Anna is a young, energetic, and creative soul with a background in art. When the opportunity arose to take over Jay’s Coffee Bar, her creative spirit lit up. She trained directly with Jay to ensure the quality and high standards would continue seamlessly after the handover.
Beata (Mum) is the heart of the family. She loves cooking, baking, and feeding everyone who walks through the door. In Hungary, we say, “Who loves, feeds,” and this perfectly describes her. Her dream is to set up a kitchen and revive the old recipes passed down from her grandmother.
Lui comes from a landscaping background but fell in love with coffee long ago. Learning the art of roasting has been a life-changing opportunity for him – one that allows him to combine craft, patience, and passion into every batch of coffee.
