JAY'S COFFEE Roastery

SHOP

Did you know?
Most of the coffee sold in stores are already weeks, sometimes even months, past its peak freshness. As coffee ages, it loses its aroma, flavour, sweetness, and crema, leaving the cup tasting flat and lifeless. That’s why at Jay’s Coffee Bar, freshness isn’t just part of the process, it is the process.

At Jay’s, coffee isn’t just a drink. It’s a passion we love to share. Our little roastery was built on the belief that coffee should be fresh, full of flavour, and enjoyed by everyone, whether seaside at the Jetty or brewing at home.

We roast in small batches using a method passed down from Jay, the original owner of our café. With over 15 years of learning, adjusting, and refining, he crafted roast profiles that bring out the very best in each bean. That dedication still guides us today: simple, consistent, and always flavour focused.

This approach highlights the unique character of every origin, from the rich chocolate depth of East Timor to the lively berry notes of Kenya, while creating the smooth, satisfying cup our community has come to love.

Every bag is roasted fresh, hand checked for quality, packed with care, and ready to transform your daily coffee ritual.

Whether you’re sharing a cup by the ocean or brewing at home, you’ll always taste the same freshness, craft, and dedication in every sip.

What Swiss Water Process Decaf means?

Because no solvents are used, more of the bean’s natural flavours stay intact compared to other decaf processes.
Typically produces a cleaner, sweeter, smoother cup.
